Creation of Associations for the production and commercialization in
third markets of medical equipment with increasing local integration.
The Cuban side would provide know-how of the equipment and of the
production organization, including the quality system. Besides, during
the early stages of training of the local personnel and the assessment
of subcontractors, it would supply semi-elaborated products for their
assembly in situ. The foreign partner should contribute financing and
market.
