all types of buildings, particularly tourist facilities and
social-purpose
houses. The Cuban side would provide Projects, Prefab
plants, production facilities for construction blocks, equipment, and
technical assistance, works managing staff and qualified labor force.
The foreign side would contribute land properties, market, working
capital and working permits.

Construction maintenance and cleaning services to
metallic, industrial and naval surfaces. The Cuban side would contribute
projects, equipment and qualified labor force; on their side, foreign
partners would contribute equipment, market and working capital.
